The Story of a Successful Business
It all began in 1976 when Marc Marcil, who was an employee of Vel Construction, started a business partnership with Mr. Rolland Thibodeau, owner of Pavages V.T. inc., a firm in Granby. After more than 10 years of success, the two partners decided by a mutual agreement to sell the company.
The end of this adventure was an opportunity for Mr. Marcil to take on new challenges. In 1989, Mr. Marcil founded Les Pavages M.C.M. inc., with the help of Camille Guérette, who became his main partner. In the beginning, the company had only 5 or 6 employees.
A Family Business With Human Values
In 2003, Mr. Guérette retired and, Marc-André and Nancy Marcil, Mr. Marcil's son and daughter, became partners with their father, thus turning Pavages M.C.M. inc. into a family business.
